Different levels of residential courses are conducted here in Shivaani Castle. The Basic Course called ," Simplified Kundalini Yoga for Holistic Health Course " is of 5 days duration. It provides a thorough grounding in meditation, Kayakalpa yoga, introspection and physical exercise.
Timing: Regular meditation everyday between 6.30 AM to 7.30 AM
